As the concept of “3rd places” places (anywhere between your own home / first place and work / 2nd place) continue to take an expanded role in the buildings we live, work, and play in; our team at Corporate Concepts has in turn built high levels of expertise delivering dynamic amenity areas. Whether a multi-family, corporate office, or hospitality environment our team helps curate high performance furniture solutions that create a dynamic space people want to spend time engaging in. From supporting the project architect in a design assist capacity during planning, through procurement and installation our team provides high levels of collaboration + attention to detail to ensure project success.
Zo believes in a better work environment and creating a new standard with their innovative tenant amenity program. In this space we provided furniture spaces for a warm and inviting lounge space in addition to unique items like nap pods offered as part of their holistic amenity package

Located at the Chicago’s 1 N Wacker office tower in the loop, our team was brought in to provide furniture solutions for this space as it received a complete renovation and modernization. The stools, tables, and seating provided offer varied finishes and comfortability to provide a furniture package that is both complimentary and eclectic in its presentation.
Located in the heart of Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, this mixed-use residential development features panoramic views of the city and luxury amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, private study areas, and a theater room. As the lines between work and home continue to blend, we leveraged our extensive expertise in workplace environments to create
a highly functional and inviting tenant
amenity lounge.
Our team worked closely with the client and their design team to furnish the amenity areas for this 60 story apartment tower along Chicago’s river. The upscale hospitality focused community spaces are made to rival many of the interiors of the numerous restaurants, hotels, and nightlife nearby.
An amenity space that stood out was an important aspect of the major renovations taking place at the CME Center in Chicago’s loop. Our team worked closely with the project team to develop a space that offered a unique reprieve from more traditional tenant spaces into this unique flex space which is intended be used for both formal and informal business gatherings.
